We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Local / NSW: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate: 3–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or peak periods.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the item.

Due to the size and weight of e-bikes, shipping fees may be higher than standard items.


Large Item Deliveries (E-Bikes)

E-bikes are shipped via freight or courier services and may require:

  • A signature on delivery
  • Assistance unloading in some cases

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.


Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or courier issues.


Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

All items must be opened and inspected within 5 days of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within this timeframe.


Tracking
