Warranty Policy – Warners Bay E-Bikes

All e-bikes sold by Warners Bay E-Bikes, including CRUZR and Dirodi models, come with a 24-month limited warranty for the original purchaser from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.


What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing faults, defects, and failures under normal use, including:

  • Frame
  • Motor
  • Battery
  • Electrical components
  • Manufacturer-installed parts

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage, faults, or failures resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. tyres, tubes, brake pads, chains, bearings)
  • Improper use, misuse, or accidents (including collisions, jumps, wheelies, or freestyle riding)
  • Extreme or off-road riding beyond intended use
  • Improper assembly (unless assembled by a qualified professional or supplier)
  • Lack of maintenance or servicing
  • Modifications or alterations to the bike or components
  • Installation of non-original or incompatible parts/accessories
  • Water damage, weather exposure, corrosion, or environmental damage
  • Damage caused by neglect, improper storage, or transport
  • Repairs or servicing carried out by unauthorised third parties

Battery Warranty

Batteries are covered under the 24-month warranty for manufacturer defects.
Normal battery degradation over time is expected and is not considered a fault.
