Returns & Refund Policy – Warners Bay E-Bikes

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

E-bikes must not have been ridden beyond a minimal test ride and must show no signs of wear, damage, or modification.

We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

For large items such as e-bikes, return shipping may need to be arranged via courier at the customer’s expense.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

All items must be opened and inspected within 5 days of delivery. Any damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within this timeframe.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or ridden e-bikes (beyond a basic test)
  • Modified or customised products
  • Sale items or clearance stock
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once approved, you can place a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
