General FAQ

1. Who are we?

We’rean Australian e-mobility team focused on high-quality, stylish electric bikes. Our main brands, Dirodi and Cruzr, are designed to suit Australian riders who want reliability, performance, and comfort — whether it’s for commuting, recreation, or lifestyle.

2. What makes Dirodi and Cruzr different?

Both brands focus on value and dependability. Dirodi is known for advanced battery technology and versatile design, while Cruzr brings a rugged, urban aesthetic with strong performance. Together, they offer quality and design built for Australian conditions.

3. Do e-bikes provide exercise?

Absolutely. You can choose how much assistance the motor provides — so you still pedal, just with less strain. Adjust pedal assist levels to suit your fitness; on lower settings you’ll burn similar calories to a standard bike but go farther with less fatigue.

4. How does e-bike servicing differ from a regular bike?

E-bikes need similar maintenance to traditional bikes — tyres, brakes, and chains. The main difference is that the motor and battery require only occasional checks, not routine servicing.

5. Are Dirodi and Cruzr e-bikes waterproof?

They’re water-resistant, not waterproof. Light rain is fine, but avoid submerging or using high-pressure hoses when cleaning.

6. Do I need a licence to ride an e-bike?

No licence needed if your e-bike meets Australian road-legal standards: 250 W motor limit and a top assist speed of 25 km/h.

All bikes arrive 85–95 % pre-assembled. You’ll just need to attach pedals and handlebars. Instructions included, or we can assemble before pickup.

2. How often should I service my e-bike?

Service every 6 months if ridden often, or once a year for casual use. Check brakes, tyres, and battery regularly.

3. What if something goes wrong?

If a fault occurs, we’ll replace the part or arrange service instructions. Local bike shops can also assist — warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults.

4. Can I order spare parts?

Yes — we stock standard and brand-specific parts (battery, LCD, controller, motor). Order directly through our support page.

5. Where do I find my bike’s serial number?

It’s engraved on the front or underside of the frame, near the pedals. Keep it for warranty or theft reporting.
